Bernadene Oosthuizen
People listen to my content creation advice because I’ve been where they are.
I know what it feels like to want more, but not know where to start — no money, no confidence, and trying to figure out how to grow online while everyone else is charging you to learn. I didn’t come from influence or privilege; I built my way forward.
I’ve successfully built and monetised businesses through live events, online programs, and ongoing coaching, and I’ve worked closely with in-person businesses as well. What I bring is not theory — it’s lived experience, practical skills, and deep understanding.
Most importantly, I understand the challenges women face that are rarely spoken about: self-doubt, pressure, burnout, and trying to build something while holding everything together. I don’t sugar-coat the process, but I do believe this: if you’re willing to learn, it can be done.
I show up because I once needed someone like this — and now I choose to be that voice for other women.

Alethea Ross
I’m an ADHD-informed life and mindset coach with a background in psychology, specialising in helping neurodivergent founders, creators, and high achievers build sustainable motivation, consistency, and focus without burning out. I’ve coached clients globally across South Africa, the US (California, Los Angeles, New York, Miami), Canada, the UK (London, Ireland, Scotland), New Zealand, Dubai, and Spain, working with content creators, coaches, founders, and creatives navigating visibility, comparison, capacity, and consistency. My work is rooted in psychology, neuroscience, NLP, and nervous system regulation, translating complex science into simple, actionable tools creators can actually use. I’ve developed and delivered online webinars, in-person workshops, and corporate training sessions, supporting individuals and teams to improve performance, motivation, and emotional regulation under pressure.
Across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), I have a combined following of nearly 10,000, built through education-led, relatable content rather than trends or gimmicks. My impact is best reflected in client outcomes: creators who move from burnout and paralysis to clarity, consistent content output, stronger boundaries, and renewed confidence in their work.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge mental health, motivation, and modern content creation, especially for neurodivergent brains — helping people work with their nervous system, not against it.
